2024 was packed with awesome events, and Danada Developers was right in the action! Here’s a quick look at where we made waves this year:

1.Kenya Homes Expo 2024
We kicked off the year in style at the Kenya Homes Expo (April 18th-21st) in Nairobi, where we unveiled Lenkai Estate. The buzz was electric, and we had a blast chatting with visitors about our vision for next-level gated communities!
2.One Voice Consortium Diaspora Investor Expo
In May, we took the show to Dallas, Texas, for the OVC Diaspora Investor Expo (May 2nd-4th). We got to connect with the diaspora, showcase Lenkai Estate, and hear firsthand what they’re looking for in real estate. Talk about a great crowd!
3.Daring Abroad Investment Forum
Then in June, we hit up the Daring Abroad Investment Forum in Dallas and Seattle. It was the perfect opportunity to showcase Lenkai Estate, meet inspiring industry leaders, and soak in some serious real estate wisdom.

Lenkai Estate
We’re thrilled to share the exciting progress at Lenkai Estate! As our flagship project, it’s moving along smoothly and steadily. Here’s what’s been happening:

The roads have been graded, ensuring easy access to all plots.

Construction of the perimeter wall is set to begin soon, adding even more value and security to the estate.

Juja Creek
Juja Creek is also making great strides! Here’s the latest:

The roads have been graded, making access even smoother.

Beaconing is complete, and individual plots have been clearly marked.

The perimeter wall went up in November, adding that extra layer of securit.

Our Juja Office – Now Open!
In case you missed it, our Juja office is now open at Rubis Petrol Station, along Juja Farm Road! It's the perfect spot to connect with our team, learn about our projects, and explore our latest offers.
