Quarterly Recap: April, May & June 2024

The second quarter of the year was busy and productive for Danada Developers, filled with community events, our premier project and collaborative initiatives. Here’s a recap of the key events that took place.

The Kenya Homes Expo

We are delighted to share highlights from our recent participation at the Kenya Homes Expo 2024 that took place from the 18th to the 21st of April! The event, held at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre in Nairobi, was a tremendous success, and we are thrilled to have connected with so many enthusiastic attendees.

1. Launching our Flagship Project

At our booth, we unveiled our latest project Lenkai Estate located in Juja. Visitors were impressed by our commitment to reshaping the concept of gated communities for enhanced urban living.

2. Client Interaction and Networking

We had the pleasure of meeting and engaging with numerous potential clients, investors, and industry professionals. It was an excellent opportunity to understand the needs and preferences of our local clients and to establish meaningful connections.

One Voice Consortium Diaspora Investor Expo

We are thrilled to recap our participation at the OVC Diaspora Investor Expo from the 2nd to the 4th of May 2024 in Dallas, Texas. This vibrant event provided a unique platform for us to connect with the diaspora community and showcase our exciting project.

Daring Abroad Investment Forum

We are excited to share highlights from our recent participation in the Daring Abroad Investment Forum United States Chapter, hosted by Chams Media. The prestigious event which took place in four dynamic cities: Massachusetts, Houston, Dallas and Seattle was themed, "Investing Home and Abroad". Danada Developers was proud to be part of the forum in Dallas from June 15th to 16th and Seattle from June 29th to 30th. The event brought together industry leaders, investors, and innovators from Kenya and beyond.
